Meet the Author
Ronald B. McPherson was born and raised in West Virginia. After completing grades one through four at a one-room country school, he completed fifth grade through high school at a small town public school. He received BS, MS, and PhD engineering degrees from West Virginia University and is a registered professional engineer. He worked as a structural engineer for over 20 years with various architectural and engineering firms and retired after serving 18 years on the engineering faculty of New Mexico State University. He and his wife, Eleanor, reside in Sandia Park, New Mexico.
